By transforming stories into songs with unsuspicious titles and artwork, the initiative aims to get the work of censored journalists across the border, into people’s playlists. Just like other pop songs, the music spreads through word of mouth, turning breaking stories into hits. Featuring a one-of-a-kind visual style inspired by actual microscope data, users are welcomed to a gamified experience. Using the VR controllers, they’re challenged to create their own treatments for common skin issues — building on OLAY’s insights and formulas in pursuit of the best result. Hennessy decided to open their house. We created the Hennessy House of Moves: a 3D space built in WebGL and dedicated to basketball’s past, present and future. On one floor, catch a live performance from Gunna; on the next, find a custom trophy honouring Kobe Bryant, a cocktail recipe at the bar, or a curated gallery space with NBA-inspired art. Users can dive into three themes that are pillars of Wesselmann’s work and principles of pleasure in life—love, wonder and play. Interactive moments let people participate in the mission and discover more details and first-hand accounts. The documentary is made even more immersive through an ambient sound design featuring voice recordings from the actual pararescuemen who were there. Working on behalf of the Dutch police, we developed an interactive mobile story that lets teens experience the fine line between digital presence and cybercrime. The interactive story unfolds through videos, chats and social stories and AR functionalities as if the player is navigating an app in their own phone.&nbsp; Players are challenged to ‘help’ one of their classmates which leads them to the verge of breaking the law. Technical case study&nbsp;︎︎︎ The Persian Empire, despite its profound influence, is often overlooked in Western reviews of ancient history. This oversight inspired the Getty Villa to mount a sweeping exhibition of the ancient superpower, Persia: Ancient Iran and the Classical World. To reach an even wider global audience, we created a complimentary immersive WebGL experience to transport visitors to a historically-accurate recreation of the capital of Persia, Persepolis. By exploring palaces and plazas, visitors learned about the rich heritage of ancient Iran by seeing artifacts from the exhibition in context.
